1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GrapplApp.io application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides a platform for users (“Users”) to find open mat sessions for Jiu Jitsu training and listings of Jiu Jitsu coaches and academies (“Service Providers”). GrapplApp.io does not own or operate any Jiu Jitsu facilities or employ any coaches listed on the App.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

In order to access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify GrapplApp.io immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Service Providers

4.1 Provider Responsibilities

Service Providers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings on the App, including information about open mat sessions, coaching services, and academy details.

4.2 No Endorsement

GrapplApp.io does not endorse or recommend any Service Providers listed on the App, and Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting Service Providers at their own discretion.

Service Providers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, insurance, and professional conduct.

5. User Content

5.1 Content Responsibility

The App may allow users to post content, such as reviews or comments (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

5.2 License Grant

By posting User Content on the App, you grant GrapplApp.io a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

5.3 Content Warranties

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Content that you post; that the User Content is accurate; that use of the User Content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify GrapplApp.io for all claims resulting from User Content you supply.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. GrapplApp.io makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrapplApp.io will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GrapplApp.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including, but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

GrapplApp.io reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms will be posted on the App, and your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

GrapplApp.io may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

By using GrapplApp.io, you agree to these Terms of Service.
